If for some reason you don’t love what you purchased, most items may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 21 days. We do not offer credit card refunds.
We are happy to accept returns for items:
- Purchased within 21 days
- Have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED
- Have all tags and liners attached and are in original packaging
- With an original receipt
- Underwear has been tried on over your own
- Must not be a sale item, hosiery, adhesive product or body care product
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with a discount using a coupon are eligible for returns but must have an original receipt.
Gift cards purchased in store or online are nonrefundable.
